The authors intention with this site is to encourage people to read the Holy Bible.
This site is kept simple so people with a slow connection to the Internet can quickly access pages on cocareers.com. There are no links to other sites at this time, because, I want to keep the focus on the Holy Bible. I am sure there are numerous people and organizations who deserve links, but the only link at this time is to the Holy Bible
There are also no email addresses. Email sent to cocareers.com will not be answered. I encourage you to find your answers in the Holy Bible and through prayer. If you need spiritual counseling, I suggest asking the pastor of your church (or a pastor of a Christian church near you) to refer you to a Christian counselor.
The author of this site is a small business entrepreneur who is involved in Internet development (among other things). If you feel it is imperative that you know the identity of the author, you can find it in the domain ownership documentation. Although there is a considerable amount of information on the Internet about the author and the businesses in which he is involved, the intent is to keep the focus of this site on the Holy Bible.
Some of the biases and shortcomings of the author are here for everyone to see... The only consolation is that the Holy Bible is full of stories of imperfect people who God has used...imperfections and all! My prayer is that this site will encourage you to find LIFE as it is intended through the Holy Bible and prayer.
The Embryo Concept is the result of 20 years of Bible study and prayer about a number of religious topics such as: omnipresence; omnipotent; omniscient; and, the importance of the sacraments. This theory helps me put everything together. Note: this theory suggests we are much closer to the beginning of the human story than the end...
The name "Christians in Ordinary Careers" has its roots in a newsletter I edited about 25 years ago titled: The Association of Christians in Secular Careers.
2004 Addendum: www.bible-study.cocarrers,com was added to the www.cocareers.com site. A form to send email comments to the author was added. The embryo theory was significantly expanded (see site map) and now includes a couple of links to a site that gives information about a developing human embryo. The Bible Study / Overview site is copyrighted and the intention is to not update the site--except to correct typo's as they are found. Later, if a change is deemed necessary, it will probably go on another site with a link off of this page. If readers request a site to keep up to date with the latest developments in our world in relation to an interpretation of Revelation as a transition into a new era, there is a possibility that such a site will be developed. See the background page for additional information.
